AI Website Detector is operated as part of AI Nerd Network. This policy describes how we handle information when you use scanner.ainerdnetwork.com.

What we collect

• URLs you submit for scanning
• Text and images you submit to detection tools
• Feedback form submissions (name, email, message)
• Basic technical logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for abuse prevention and rate limiting
• Anonymous usage metrics via hosting provider analytics when enabled

How we use scan data

Scans are used to generate detection results for you. Recent scans may be displayed in aggregate on the Recent Scans page. We do not sell personal information.

Image uploads

Image uploads are reviewed for safety before analysis. Images that pass review are processed in memory only and are not kept after the scan completes. We log your IP address, timestamp, and upload metadata for abuse prevention; those audit records are retained for a limited period (default seven days) and then removed.

If an upload is flagged by safety review, we may retain the image, your IP address, and related incident details in a restricted operator review store until manually reviewed and deleted.

Retention

Server-side rate-limit counters may reset on cold starts. Image IP audit logs use a configurable retention window (default seven days). Flagged image incidents are kept in restricted storage until operator review.
